Week 3: iMOKO

Ways that me and my family stay healthy are:
1. We eat healthy foods together as a family.
2. We exercise together such as running, biking and swimming. Sometimes as a family. Last night Dad and I did some exercise in the garage together. I ran on the treadmill and dad was on the exercise bike. Here is a photo that Mum took:

3. We get lot's of sleep. This is good for our brains and our bodies.
4. Talk to each other about our problems and support each other.
5. We have medicine when we need it and we go to our doctor.  I have an inhaler just in case!
6. We all have interests and we have relax / leisure time.

    You’ve included a super thorough list of ways you and your family stay healthy! I’m impressed, you’ve included so many and all are things your readers can do to improve their lives as well.

    I particularly like how you included the importance of talking to each other and finding hobbies you like to do. These are ways to help you relax and stay positive, so they’re super important for mental and spiritual well-being. Typically if we’re happy people, we tend to be healthier and make better life choices.

    It would be really awesome if you could include pictures or colours into your post to really engage your readers. Perhaps you could look at these tips for making eye catching blog posts to help or grab some inspiration. I did notice you tried to include a picture of you and your dad exercising together but unfortunately it hasn’t come through. If you can put it up, it’ll definitely make your post pop!
