Me and Mum have made an Easter window facing the street. There are six egg's and a rabbit in the window and I made two egg's. Mum helped me with the two egg's and one of the egg's that me and Mum made was a Poke ball egg. We put on different types of Poke ball's and the egg's where taped to the window. Here are some pictures his of what the egg's look like.
What do you like about Easter?
I am a student at St Francis of Assisi Catholic School. I am in Year 7 and my teacher is Miss Parker. This is a place where I will be able to share my learning with you. Please note....some work won't be edited - just my first drafts, so there may be some surface errors. I would love your feedback, comments, thoughts and ideas.

What I am curious about.
If I had to say one thing that I'm curious about I would say Hypnosis.
Here are 5 thing I would like to know.
Here are 5 thing I would like to know.
- How it works?
- How dose it effect your brain?
- When was it discovered?
- How meany way's can you get it?
- And why does it happen?
Have you ever been Hypnotised?
Spy or Zookeeper
If I had to choose either to be a Zookeeper or a Spy I would definitely choose to be a SPY!!! These are ten reasons why I would like to be a spy:
- Because you have cool gadgets as a spy
- Spy's get to catch bad guys
- Spy's get to save the world
- If you were a zookeeper you'd have to pick up zoo poo
- Zookeeper might get eaten by lions
- Spy's can travel around the world in cool planes
- Spy's can wear cool shades with hidden abilities
- Spy's can have multiple identities with disguises
- I can pretend to be the bad guy's boss as a spy
- If you were a zookeeper you would have to be careful not to fall into a dangerous animals pen.
Would you like being a Spy or a Zookeeper?

My favourite board game
If I had to say what my favourite board game is I would have to say Monopoly Ultimate Banking.
In this board game you can play as the Car, Plane, Helicopter and Boat and like all Monopoly games you can go to jail and get a free parking and you can buy property's.
You win when a player goes Bankrupt and every time a player goes over go they get $200. There are also cards where they can have a Good or Bad effect and you chose which player to give that to.
There is a card scanner which you use to start the game and buy property's. I would recommend this game to anyone who is a big Monopoly fan.
Here is a photo of my sister and I playing Monopoly from a couple of years back.

Williams Star Wars Haiku
A Haiku poem is a short poem that doesn't rhyme. It is a type that comes from Japan. It has 3 lines with each line having 5 or 7 syllables. The first line has 5 syllables, the second line has 7 and the third line has 5 again.
I have decided to write my poem about Star Wars. I used this image as my inspiration

Good and evil clash
As the fight rages on
The hero will win
Do you like my haiku? This is the first Haiku I have ever written :-)

Scavenger Hunt
Hello.
We live in a subdivision. And a man in the subdivision put out some big orange stones with numbers on them. Then on the Facebook page he gave us clues. We had to solve the clues to find all the 8 rocks. I did this with my mum, sister and dog. We found all 8 stones. I found most of them because I ran ahead. One clue that we found hard was "The sun produces me + the opposite of back". Turns out the clue was Ray White. There is one at the end of the street and that's where rock number 1 was.
I think it was a really nice thing for the man to do. I hope he moves them next week and gives us more clues.
Have you done a scavenger hunt before?
This is rock number 6!

Space Voyage
Guess what?!?!? I'm going to OUTER SPACE!!
This is what I would take:
"This beautiful image was originally dubbed ‘The Blue Marble’ by the astronauts aboard the Apollo 17 spacecraft who took it, since at the time, with the sun behind them and the whole of the visible planet illuminated, the Earth took on the appearance of a giant glass marble. The photograph captures Africa and Antarctica in the southern hemisphere, captured by a crew member on December 7th, 1972."

This is what I would take:
- I would take a MASSIVE O2 tank so I can breathe in the atmosphere.
- I would take a supply of my favourite foods, medicine and some water so I can, you know, survive.
- I would take a communication device so I can talk to my family and ground control.
- I would take my own person small ship so I can go on expeditions and visit other planets and look out for meteors and shoot them if I need to to save the planet.
- I would take a camera so I can take space selfies and send photos of aliens home!
I would love to go to outer space one day. Would you want to go to outer space one day and what would you like to see up there?

I like ice cream a lot!!!
These are the flours that I do like:
- Goody Goody Gum Drop
- Cookies and Cream
- Chocolate
- Vanilla
In fact last night I had chocolate ice cream with sprinkles for desert! Yummy!
My favourite toppings are sprinkles, pink wafers and chocolate sauce.
I also really like Ice Cream Charlie and Gelato. They are delicious.
Have you had Ice Cream Charlie? It's the caravan that is normally outside Victoria Square in town. Its actually called Vanilla Ices and it has been around since 1903!
These favours are the ones I don't really like much:
- Hokey-Pokey... I don't like the weird rocks!
- Mint
- Anything with lumps of fruit - that's just weird
What are your favourite ice cream flavours? and do you not like any of the flavours that I like?

Biography of a Deinonychus
The dinosaur that I have chosen is the Deinonychus.
Here are the facts that I found out:
It's name means 'terrible claw'.
They had long hooked claws on its hands. These helped them grab their prey and tear at the skin to get to the meat because just like the tyrannosaurs they were meat eaters.
The second toe on each of its feet had a huge hooked claw. They could flick this down like a knife to cut up what it had hunted.
It probably had feathers like other raptors. This helped people believe that birds descended from dinosaurs.
It was part of the raptor family.
It probably lived in North America. In 1931 they discovered fossils in Southern Montana.
They were hunters and fierce and lived about 110 million years ago. They were about the size of adult person.
They lived during the Mesozoic Era during the Cretaceous Period.
It had about 60 teeth.
Here is a picture of Deinonychus:

I love dinosaurs. Some of my other favourite dinosaurs are Spinosaurus, Velociraptor, Ankylosaurs and T-rex! Do you like dinosaurs? What is your favourite dinosaur?

Life in Lockdown.
Lockdown has been pretty good so far at my house. I have been chilling most of the time but I have been doing some reading. I am reading a book called "Alex Rider: Stormbreaker" by Anthony Horowitz. It's great so far and really exciting. It has lots of references to my world for example Nintendo, PlayStation and Burger King. I recommend this book to kids my age who like action and stuff.
I have been also training for the cross country by running on the treadmill. This morning I ran 3.1km. The good thing is there is a TV in front of it that I can watch Netflix on.It makes running much easier. I never look forward to doing it but I feel good once it is done!
I've been also doing some homework. A few boxes of steps each day, some Protoech maths and some IXL too!
We have have been doing lots of family bubble walks with my dog Jack but these last two its just been rain, rain, rain! Now I'm nervous that its going to flood if this keeps going!
Some nights we play this card game called Skip-Bo. You have to put the cards in order from 1 - 12. But there are also Skip-Bo cards which can be any number. My dad always wins but I can beat mum.
Oh and one morning even watched a movie in mum and dads bed. We watched High School Musical. If you like Disney and musicals then this is a movie for you. It's on Disney plus.
So that's the story of my lock down so far. I really miss my Granny and Poppy but we get to skype with them and I know not seeing them is keeping them well!
How is your lockdown going? Have you done anything interesting? and what is one thing you want to do when lockdown is finished... other than going back to school of course!!!!
Mum made us all face masks. This is mine.
