This week for writing we looked at Persuasive text's. A Persuasive text is a text that try's to persuade people to believing something and you can make it about what ever you want. You can be with something or against something it doesn't really matter what you make it about. anyways here is my work. Sorry that the bottom is cutoff.
This week we have been looking at the science of happiness. So happiness is a chemical in your brain and and their are 4 chemical's that are responsible for happiness. Those being: Dopamine, Serotonin, Endorphin and Oxycontin and these are the chemical's in your brain that are responsible for happiness. So here is my happiness poster.
This week for maths we made another map but instead of using grid referents we used meters. My map was St Francis of Assisi school and we still only had 4 questions to write. I don't have much else to say about this since what we did was basically the same of what we did last week and here is my work.
This week for maths we made a grid using a part of the world. First we did some practices questions just to get the hang of it and to be honest it is not hard. Then for our create we took a screenshot of a place on Google maps and made a journey on our grid. So here is my work.
This week for maths we needed to draw 3 stars and masher them with a protractor. The learn part of this task was really long witch was really annoying and it was just a lot of protractor mashing. Then after we did all that then I got on to the create and this is my work and sorry if you can't read it because I did it in my book.
This week we read an article about if Matariki should be a public Holiday then we made a Matariki star and we added 5 text event or text fetcher points of why it should our should not be a public Holiday. First we wrote a point from the article then we could make our star with paper or digitally and I made mine digital. It was kind of hard finding the text events but after a while I got the hang of it. So here is my work.
